I wanted to paint something which connects sand and water. Or sand and sky. This idea came to me after a beautiful evening in Vienna.
I made this one on a quiet day, and it stayed quiet. I think this painting is nothing loud, nothing hurried. It's the kind of painting I'd want in a room where I go to slow down.
